We are pleased to announce the 2008 Asia-Pacific Leadership Programme on Environment for Sustainable Development, which will be held during the week of 15-20 September 2008 at the UNEP Tongji Institute of Environment for Sustainable Development (IESD) in Shanghai, China.
This annual Leadership Programme brings together mid to senior level managers and practitioners from government, private sector and civil society from across the Asia Pacific region. It aims to develop a new breed of leadership relevant to evolving challenges of the Asia Pacific region, and foster closer cooperation and coordination in environment for sustainable development issues.
Please note that deadline for receipt of applications is 8 August 2008 (Friday). All application documents can be submitted online at www.rrcap.unep.org/leadership/.
